Price Plan and Additional Fees Follow
You are entirely in control of the price plan for your account.
Account administrators maintain full control over the uAttend subscription and are entirely responsible for updating the price plan to match the active employee count as users are added or archived.
Important Notes:
Subscription billing is month-to-month with no annual contract required, and membership can be cancelled at any time.
Fees are automatically charged each month to the preferred payment method on file.
Refunds are not granted for unused features, devices, users, or services in accordance with the terms and conditions.
If the active employee count reaches the tier capacity, administrators cannot add new employees until either archiving active users or upgrading the price plan.
Users assigned an administrator or supervisor role do not count toward the active employee limit, as time and attendance tracking applies exclusively to users with an employee role.
If an account is closed due to non-payment, updating billing information and clearing outstanding balances is required before access is restored.
How to Edit Your Price Plan
Log in to the uAttend cloud portal using an administrator profile.
Click on the profile avatar located in the upper right corner of the window.
Select the My Account option from the menu.
Click the EDIT button for the price plan option.
Select the appropriate tier from the drop-down menu matching the intended active employee count for the account.
Click the SAVE button.
Optional Feature Fees
Additional Administrators: £4.00 per month for each administrator beyond the 1 included
Additional Timeclocks: £10.00 per month for each timeclock beyond the 2 included
Custom Export Preference: £5.00 / month
Landline Clocking: £0.03 per call

Active Employee Tiers: £20.00 – £125.00 / month (scaling by employee capacity)
From 1 to 9 active employees
From 10 to 19 active employees
From 20 to 49 active employees
From 50 to 99 active employees
From 100+ active employees
