Enable a Supervisor to Edit Timecards

Supervisors can view timecards for employees within their responsible departments by default, but they won't be able to make changes without the appropriate permissions. Enable a supervisor's timecard edit rights to grant them the ability to update and manage timecards as needed. Proper configuration of these rights ensures that supervisors can accurately track and adjust employee hours, supporting effective time management and payroll accuracy within your organisation. 

To configure the permissions for a supervisor:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator.
2. Click on the People tab.
3. Click on the name of the intended supervisor.
4. Click the Permissions tab from the navigation panel on the left.
5. Set the supervisor's Responsible Departments if needed.
6. Click the button to select the intended Time Card Edit Rights option for this supervisor.
7. Click the SAVE button.
