Contact Information (Email and Phone) Follow
Contact info can be entered for your employees and/or supervisors in uAttend.
Notes:
- Email addresses are required for any user who will log into the uAttend cloud portal or smartphone app.
- Email addresses must be unique. Verify that none of your archived users are already assigned an email address using the Employee Report before attempting to assign it to a new user.
To configure an email address and phone number for a user (admin, supervisor, employee):
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the name of the intended person or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for a person.
- Enter the intended Email Address for this person.
- Enter the intended Phone Number(s) for this person (optional).
- Click the SAVE button.
