Tips from the uAttend Mobile App

As an employee, once your uAttend account Administrator has given you access permissions to the smartphone application, you can easily add tips directly from your iOS or Android mobile device.

Notes:

• You can impose a geolocation restriction on your users.
• Your users will need your company ID when installing the mobile app.
• You can configure your users to access the mobile app in bulk using the uAttend Utility tool.
• Tips entered on time clocks or the mobile app (by admins, supervisors, or employees) are considered Cash Tips.
• Card Tips must be added by an admin or supervisor (with edit rights) directly on the timecard.

To enter tips using the mobile app:

1. Upon opening the app for the first time, you will be greeted by the uAttend logo. If you have already logged in and selected the Keep me logged in option, skip to step 5.
2. Enter your 5-digit company ID and press the NEXT button.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Press the LOGIN button.
5. Tap the Time Card icon.
6. Select a date and tap the Tip tab.
7. Tap on the pencil icon to add an expense.
8. Enter the amount for the tip and tap the NEXT button.
9. Tap on the add note button to leave an optional note with your submission.
