BN Timeclock Settings Follow
Your BN series timeclock (BN5000, BN6000, or BN6500) comes equipped with an array of features. This article will help you get set up and configure all the settings you need to get your timeclock connected to the network, associated with your account, and employees registered and clocking.
Notes:
- Only the account administrator(s) can access the Settings tab.
- If you have forgotten the passcodes to access the timeclock menus, they can be viewed on the clocking management page.
To configure settings for a BN series timeclock on your account:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click the Clocking Management tab.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended BN series timeclock.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Name/Location option.
- Enter the intended nickname for this timeclock.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Timezone option.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the intended timezone for this timeclock.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Available Departments option.
- Check the box(es) to select the intended department(s) for this timeclock.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the OK button to return to the Clocking Management tab.
