I forgot or don't know the passcodes to access the timeclock admin menus.

If you’ve forgotten the admin or super admin passcodes for your timeclock, they can be viewed in Settings by the account administrator.

To view the passcodes for a specific timeclock on your account:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click the Clocking Management tab.
4. Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended timeclock.
   
   

   

5. The 5-digit Administrator Passcode and 8-digit Super Administrator Passcode will be displayed on that page.
   
   

   

If you’re unable to locate the device in the Settings tab, you can try using the old generic admin passcode: 53178. Please be aware that this passcode may display an option to perform a factory reset. If this appears, do not proceed with the reset. Instead, please contact our support line for assistance.
