Change the Admin Password on a CB Timeclock (Admin Menu)

As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account. The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your (CB6000, CB6500) device(s).

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (CB6000, CB6500) timeclock(s).

To change the administrator password on a CB timeclock:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode.
3. Press OK.
4. Select USER MANAGEMENT. 
5. Press OK.
6. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to CHANGE PASSWORD.
7. Press OK.
8. Select CHANGE ADMIN PASSWORD.
9. Press OK.
10. Enter a new five-digit admin passcode. 
11. Press OK.
