Download and Install the uAttend Mobile App

Embrace the convenience of managing your time on-the-go with the uAttend Mobile App. Designed for use with a uAttend subscription, the uAttend app is a free addition with a monthly uAttend subscription. Administrators and supervisors can see who's clocked in, view and edit timecards, and more. Employees can clock, track hours, request time off, view and approve timecards, and much more, as long as these features are enabled in the system by an administrator or supervisor. Notes:

• Some smartphone models and operating system versions may not be compatible. If your device displays "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android" when attempting to download the uAttend application, the device is not yet supported for use with the application. Due to the large number of device manufacturers in the Android ecosystem, it is not feasible to maintain a list of compatible devices. 
• Enable access permissions and turn on location services to use the app.
• Account administrator(s) must configure access for any employees and/or supervisors. The uAttend Utility tool can be used to configure users in bulk.
• Geo-location restrictions can be set to limit the location(s) from which users can access the app.

Download and Install the App

To download and install the uAttend mobile app:

On Android:

DOWNLOAD HERE 

OR

1. Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone
2. Use the search bar to find "uAttend".
3. Tap Install to download and install the uAttend app.
4. Open the app and tap the option to Allow all the requested permissions.
5. Proceed to log in to the app.

NOTE: Requires Android 5.0 or later.

On iOS:

OR

1. Open the iOS App Store on your smartphone.
2. Use the search function to find "uAttend".
3. Select Get and click the download icon if the app does not download automatically.
4. Open the app and tap the option to Allow all the requested permissions.
5. Proceed to log in to the app.

NOTE: Requires iOS 10.0 or later.

To enable location services for the uAttend mobile app:

On Android:

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Location.
3. Make sure that Location Services is toggled ON.
4. Tap App Location Permissions.
5. Scroll down to find the uAttend app.
6. Tap the app and select Always or While Using the App.
7. Make sure Precise Location is enabled.

On iOS:

1. Go to your device Settings.
2. Navigate to Privacy & Security.
3. Tap Location Services.
4. Make sure that Location Services is toggled ON.
5. Scroll down to find the uAttend app.
6. Tap the app and select Always or While Using the App.
7. Make sure Precise Location is enabled.
