Clocking In/Out from the Mobile App Follow
As an employee, once your uAttend account Administrator has given you access permissions to the smartphone application, clocking in and out can be easily done from your iOS or Android mobile device. Check out this article to learn how.
Notes:
- Your admin may have imposed a geolocation restriction on your ability to access the mobile app.
- You will need your company ID when installing the mobile app. Contact your admin for this information.
- Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
Clock IN
To clock in using the uAttend mobile app:
- Upon opening the app for the first time, you will be greeted by the uAttend logo. If you have already logged in and selected the Keep me logged in option, skip to step 5.

Enter your 5-digit company ID and press the NEXT button.

Enter your username and password.

Press the LOGIN button.

Press and hold the Clock In button until the coloured bar around the clocking button creates a complete circle.

The app will display a notification with the following clocking data:

Clocking type
-
Time and date
-
Department
-
-
Add a note (if applicable) to the clocking by clicking the Add Notes button.

Tap the X on the top right of the screen.
Clocking Out
To clock out using the uAttend mobile app:
- Upon opening the app for the first time, you will be greeted by the uAttend logo. If you have already logged in and selected the Keep me logged in option, skip to step 5.

Enter your username and password.

Press the LOGIN button.

Press and hold the Clock Out button until the coloured bar around the clock button creates a complete circle.

The app will display a notification with the following clocking data:

Add a note (if applicable) to the clocking by clicking the Add Notes button.
