Scheduled FTP Reports Follow
uAttend’s Scheduled FTP Reports module allows you to automate the delivery of report data directly to your organisation’s FTP server at specified times.
Important Notes:
- Your organisation must have its own FTP/FTPS server configured and running in order to use this feature.
- From 30 January 2026, FTP servers must use a trusted SSL certificate issued by a recognised Certificate Authority (CA). Self-signed certificates are no longer supported. Updating earlier is recommended to avoid interruptions.
- FTP report delivery writes only to the root directory of your FTP server (subfolders are not supported).
- Report delivery is scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST). You may need to convert these times for your local time zone.
- FTP reports are delivered from Amazon Web Services (AWS) IP addresses, which may change periodically. You can ping
ws.trackmytime.comto check the current IPs and update your systems as required.
To configure scheduled FTP reports:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal using an administrator or supervisor profile.
- Go to the Reports tab and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Use the On/Off slider to enable the report types you want to deliver via FTP:

- Select Edit in the settings section.
- Choose the times at which you would like reports delivered.
- Enter the hostname of your FTP server.
- Enter the username and password created for uAttend on your server.
- Use the slider to choose whether new reports should overwrite the previous file.
- Select Save to confirm the configuration.
