Scheduling Overview Page Follow
The Schedule Overview page is the default landing page for managing daily workforce operations. Here, you can view the current day' published schedule, as well as navigate between previous and upcoming schedules - yesterday, today, and up to 7 days in advance. The displayed schedule is automatically formatted according to your account settings. This page is designed to give you a clear snapshot of your staffing for each day, making it easy to stay organised and respond to any last-minute changes. Viewing Who's In and Scheduled
If a schedule has been published, you will see an easily navigable schedule for the day. Administrators will see all shifts scheduled for the day. Supervisors will only see shifts to which employees within their responsible departments are scheduled. Shifts that ended prior to the current time today will be greyed out.
If there are scheduled shifts, you will see the name of each employee scheduled along with their position and the time for the shift.
Clicking on a specific shift will provide you with additional details such as the shift template name and the total hours scheduled for that shift. The top of the details is colour coded, indicating if the employee has clocked in: green indicates they are in, amber indicates they have not clocked in.
If no one is scheduled, you will see a page showing that there are no scheduled shifts for that day.
Creating a Schedule
If no schedules have been published for the day, you will be presented with the option to create a schedule to allow you to quickly navigate to the schedule creation process. Take a look at our article on how to Create a Schedule in 5 Steps.
Navigate the Overview Page
Use the date navigation feature at the top of the day's schedule to quickly move between your daily schedule. Click on the date to select from a drop-down to view shifts from all published schedules for the next 7 days, or use the left arrow < and right arrow > icons to navigate between days. You can navigate backward to view the schedule for yesterday (but not before yesterday) or you can navigate forward to view schedules for up to 7 days from today.
