View Accrued Benefit Hours on an Employee's Timecard

Easily track and view accrued annual leave, sick, and other benefits directly on an employee's timecard by enabling the Display Benefit Accruals setting in their profile. Supervisors with the necessary permissions can view or edit this information, which can also be limited to certain departments. Employees need access to either the web portal or smartphone app to view their timecards, but they can still check their accrued hours or request time off without accessing their timecard directly. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to enable the Display Benefit Accruals feature within each employee's profile. To view an employee's benefit accruals on their timecard:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
2. Click on the People tab.
3. Click the name of the intended employee using the search function as needed.
4. Click the Permissions tab from the navigation panel on the left.
5. Use the slider under View Time Card to Enable the ability to view the timecards for this employee.
6. Use the slider button under Display Benefit Accrual to Enable the visibility of the benefit accruals on the timecards for this employee.
7. Click SAVE.
