Clocking In/Out With Telephone Clocking

As an employee, you can use telephone clocking after your administrator has configured your profile to do so. Check out this article to learn more.

Notes:

• Your admin must configure a PIN and enable the phone clock authentication method on your profile before you can use telephone clocking.
• Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
• Contact your administrator to resolve any issues regarding telephone clocking(error messages).

To clock in or out using telephone clocking with a phone:

1. Dial the phone number provided by your admin. This will either be 08008620620 or 03333446444.
2. Enter your company ID followed by the # key. 
3. Enter your employee PIN followed by the # key. 
4. If no department transfer is needed, press the # key again. This will then perform a clocking.
