Change the Time Format on a DR Timeclock

You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus. Contact your account Administrator for this information.

To change the time format on the device on a DR2000 or DR2500:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select TIME.
5. Select TIME FORMAT.
6. For a twelve-hour format select 12-HOUR or for a twenty-four-hour format, select 24-HOUR.
7. Select SAVE.
