Clocking In/Out from a JR2000 Timeclock

As an employee, you can use your fingerprint, employee PIN, or RFID badge/key fob on the uAttend JR2000 timeclock after your administrator has configured your profile to do so. Check out this article to learn more.

Notes:

• Your admin must configure a PIN, biometric, or RFID authentication method on your profile before you can use a timeclock.
• Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
• Contact your administrator to resolve any issues regarding the timeclock (error messages).

Fingerprints

To clock in using a Fingerprint:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by placing your finger on the fingerprint scanner.
2. Press the Clock In button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

To clock out using a Fingerprint:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by placing your finger on the fingerprint scanner.
2. Press the Clock Out button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

PINs

To clock in using a PIN:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the screen and entering your employee PIN.
2. Press the Clock In button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

To clock out using a PIN:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the screen and entering your employee PIN.
2. Press the Clock Out button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

RFIDs and Key Fobs

To clock in using an RFID Badge or Key Fob:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the RFID badge/key fob on the icon.
2. Press the Clock In button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

To clock out using an RFID Badge or Key Fob:

1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the RFID badge/key fob on the icon.
2. Press the Clock Out button.
   • Press the Quick/All button to display all clocking options.
3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.
