Edit your minute format Follow
This setting determines how worked hours and totals appear on employee timecards and system reports.
Note: Individual employee clocking times will always display in standard clock time (HH:MM). The minute format setting only applies to cumulative totals and reporting.
Minute Format Options
Default - Standard Format (:01–:59): Displays totals in hours and minutes (e.g.,
5:30for 5 hours, 30 minutes). While easy to read, standard minutes require conversion to decimals when performing manual wage calculations.Hundredths Format (.00–.99): Converts minutes to two decimal places (e.g.,
1.50for 1 hour, 30 minutes). This simplifies manual additions and payroll processing.Tenths Format (.0–.9): Converts minutes to single-digit decimals (e.g.,
1.5for 1 hour, 30 minutes).
Although uAttend automatically calculates all totals, select the format that aligns with your internal payroll workflow and reporting needs.
