Automatically Send Employee Timecard with Email Follow
Yet another handy feature of uAttend’s notification system is the ability to send timecards via email. See below for details.
Notes:
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit employees. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments, thereby limiting which employee profiles they can access.
- If you are not receiving notifications, try testing with an alternate generic email address (not part of your domain/@yourcompany.com)
To configure the timecard delivery notification email for an employee:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the name of the intended employee or click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the window to search for an employee.
- Click the More tab from the navigation panel on the left.
- Click the EDIT button in the People Settings section.
- Click the EDIT button on the line for the Send Employee Timecard option.
- Click the drop-down menu and select YES.
- Enter the email address for this notification.
- Click the drop-down menu and select a Send Time option (listed below) from the list.
- Daily
- Weekly
- Each Pay period
- Click the SAVE button.
