Caller ID Restrictions for Landline Phone Clocking Follow
To provide the most flexibility for you and your employees, your uAttend account can be configured to accept clockings via landline phone, update these settings to only allow access from a specific phone number, giving you additional peace of mind.
Notes:
- There is a £0.03 usage fee per clocking that will be charged to your monthly bill
- You may add as many phone numbers as you like. The clock-in/out by phone will check the caller ID of the employee wishing to use the service. If it does not match, the call will be rejected.
To configure a caller ID restriction for landline phone clocking:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click the Clocking Management tab.
- Click the Add Caller ID button in the Caller IDs section.
- Enter the Caller ID for the intended phone number to be used when clocking.
- Enter a Name.
- Click the ADD button.
