Clocking In/Out With Landline Clocking Follow
As an employee, you can use landline clocking after your administrator has configured your profile to do so. Check out this article to learn more.
Notes:
- Your admin must configure a PIN and enable the phone clock authentication method on your profile before you can use landline clocking.
- Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Contact your administrator to resolve any issues regarding landline clocking(error messages).
To clock in or out using touch-tone clocking with a phone:
- Dial the phone number provided by your admin. This will either be 08008620620 or 03333446444.
- Enter your company ID followed by the # key.
- Enter your employee PIN followed by the # key.
- If no department transfer is needed, press the # key again. This will then perform a clocking.
