Adjust the Countdown Timer on an MN Timeclock

As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account. The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your MN series (MN1000, MN2000) device(s).

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (MN2000, MN2000-legacy) timeclock(s).

To adjust the countdown timer on an MN timeclock:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode and press OK.
3. Select SYSTEM. 
4. Select CONFIGURE CLOCK.
5. Select COUNTDOWN TIMER(S).
6. Select from the options 0, 5, 10, or 15 seconds
7. Or select USER DEFINED.
   • Enter a value from 0 to 30 seconds using the touchscreen keypad.
   • Select OK. 
8. The new countdown timer setting will appear to the right of Countdown Timer(s).
