Change the Admin Password on an MN Timeclock (Admin Menu)

As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account.  The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your MN series (MN1000, MN2000) device(s).

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your (MN2000, MN2000-legacy) timeclock(s).

To change the administrator password on an MN timeclock:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode and press OK.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select CHANGE PASSWORD.
5. You will then be prompted with the message "Are you sure?" 
6. Select YES to proceed.
   • Select NO to stay on the Change Password screen and press the ARROW to go back to the previous screen.
7. Tap the screen where it says "Set Admin Passcode".
8. Enter your new five-digit administrator passcode using the keypad, then press OK.
