Software Update JR2000

As the account admin, you will want to be able to effectively manage the timeclocks on your account. The articles here are meant to give you an understanding of the features and functions of your JR2000 device(s).

Notes:

• There are also settings and features to configure in the cloud portal that relate to your JR2000 timeclock(s).
• Verify with your IT department that the timeclock has been allowed free communication (to and from our servers) on all ports and to/from all addresses on the lists in this article.

To update the software on a JR2000:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select SOFTWARE UPDATE. 
5. Once complete, you will receive the "Software is up to Date" message as well as the current version and date and time of the last update.
