Change the Time Format on a JR Timeclock

You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus. Contact your account Administrator for this information.

To change the time format on a JR2000:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select TIME.
5. Select TIME FORMAT.
6. For a twelve-hour format, select 12-HOUR or for a twenty-four-hour format, select 24-HOUR.
7. Select SAVE.
